Sweet Lady

A fresh, fruity and floral fizz cocktail, perfect for spring

Ingredients:

50ml J.J Whitley passionfruit vodka

25ml Elderflower cordial

Fentimans rose lemonade

Method:

1) Fill a highball glass with ice and a lemon slice

2) Add elderflower cordial and rose lemonade

3) Top with a passionfruit vodka float

Garnish:

Flowers

Lemon slice

Mint

The Love Bird

A delicious blend of strawberry and orange flavours giving the perfect balance of floral, citrus and subtle sweetness.

Ingredients:

50ml Bayab African rose water gin

25ml Strawberry puree

25ml Fresh orange juice

25ml Aquafaba

Agave (1 bar spoon)

A few dashes of Aromatic bitters

Method:

1) Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker

2) Dry shake, add ice and shake again

3) Double strain into a bird glass

Garnish:

Rose petals

Gin D'Azur Sour

A sweet and sour floral cocktail, perfectly fluffy and a gorgeous way to give your mother her flowers in a tasty way!

Ingredients:

50ml Gin d’Azur
50ml Elderflower cordial
Half a lemon
Half a lime
Half a grapefruit
Egg white (1 egg)

Method:

1) Add egg white, gin, elderflower cordial, lime, lemon, and grapefruit juices to a cocktail shaker

2) Dry shake (without ice)

3)Add ice, shake and put into a glass. Garnish with a flower and enjoy

Garnish:

Brightly coloured flower of your choice

Ginger & Hibiscus Gin Punch

A floral, fiery and sweet blend of hibiscus and ginger.

Ingredients:

50ml Gin
50ml Carisips Hibiscus punch
25ml Lime juice
25ml Ginger syrup

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and strain into a glass

Garnish:

Crushed flowers

New York Sour

A classic sweet and sour cocktail with a hint of bitter orange and a red wine float.

Ingredients:

50ml Whiskey

25ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar syrup

1 Dash of orange bitters

25ml Egg white

20ml Red wine

Method:

1) Dry shake whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup, orange bitters and egg white.

2) Add ice, shake again and pour into a glass over ice.

3) Slowly pour the red wine and allow it to settle to form layers

Garnish:

Mint sprig

Lemon wheel

Small flowers of your choice

Strawberry & Elderflower Mojito

An all-time classic strawberry and elderflower cocktail packed full of fresh fruity and flagrant taste.

Ingredients:

50ml White rum 

15ml Strawberry syrup 

15ml Lime juice 

15ml Elderflower syrup 

Soda water 

Lime wedges 

Mint leaves 

Method: 

Add some slices of strawberry, lime, mint and brown sugar to a glass and muddle 

Add white rum, lime juice, elderflower syrup, strawberry syrup and crushed ice 

Top with soda and stir 

 

Garnish: 

Strawberry, lime and mint

Kiwi Kiss

A refreshing and thirst-quenching, kiwi cocktail with hints of elderflower and citrus flavours.

Ingredients:

Kiwi (+ slices to garnish) 

50ml Vodka 

25ml Elderflower cordial 

25ml Homemade kiwi simple syrup 

Freshly squeezed lime juice (1 half)  

Soda water 

Method: 

1) Muddle a full kiwi in the base of a cocktail shaker until the juices are fully released

2) Add vodka, elderflower cordial, kiwi simple syrup and lime juice 

3) Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold

4) Strain the cocktail into a glass and top with soda water

 

Garnish: 

Kiwi and lime slices

Pineapple and Elderflower Fizz

A fruity and floral pineapple and elderflower blend.

Ingredients:

50ml Kromanti rum

25ml Lemon juice

Half and half of Elderflower Presse and pineapple juice

Method: 

1) Fill a glass with crushed ice

2) Add 8 mint leaves, lemon juice, pineapple juice and elderflower presse

3) Top the drink with a spiced rum float


Flaming lime garnish:

1) Remove the flesh from half a lime and place a sugar cube inside

2) Fill the lime half with spiced rum and light it using a flame torch

3) Lightly sprinkle cinnamon to intensify the orange glow to the flame

Flat Cap’s Cherry Bakewell Tart Sour

A sweet and mouth-puckering cherry sour. For those who like it sweet and sour, this is perfectly accompanied by cherry and vanilla-flavoured rum.

Ingredients:

50ml Flat cap vanilla and cherry rum
25ml Amaretto
25ml Maraschino syrup
25ml Egg white
Half a lemon
Half a lime

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice)
Add ice and shake again
Pour into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish:

Maraschino cherry

Gin Apple Sour

A sweet and sour apple blend with a hint of freshness.

Ingredients:

50ml Apple sourz

50ml Gin

25ml Lemon juice

25ml Lime cordial

25ml Egg white

Method:

1) Dry shake all ingredients (in a shaker without ice)

2) Shake again with ice

3) Double-strain through a wire mesh strainer into a chilled glass

Mint leaves

Red Wine Punch

A simple and fruity 3 ingredient recipe to spice up your red wine.

Ingredients:

Equal parts Red wine

Equal parts Sprite

Dash of Grenadine syrup to your desired sweetness

Method:

1) Fill a glass with ice and plenty of chopped fruit

2) Add equal parts of wine and lime-lemon soda in a glass

3) Add a dash of grenadine to the sweetness of your liking

Pineapple, Passionfruit and Lime G&T

A tropical and fruity variation of the gin and tonic cocktail.

Ingredients:

50ml Bayab Gin
50ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice
Top with passionfruit & lime tonic water

Method:

1) Fill a glass with ice and passion fruit pulp
2) Add all the ingredients and stir

Garnish:

Passion fruit, pineapple

Spiced Peach & Tamarind Daiquiri

A sweet and tangy blend of peach, tamarind and spiced rum.

Ingredients:

50ml Kromanti rum

50ml Peach puree

15ml Peach schnapps

25ml Lime juice

15ml Tamarind syrup

15ml Orange juice


Alterations: If you are unable to get hold of tamarind concentrate to make the tamarind syrup, substitute it with honey. This will then make a spiced peach & honey daiquiri.


Method:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and pour through a strainer into a coupe glass


Garnish:

Peach wedge on a cocktail pick

Strawberry and Hibiscus Sip

A delicate, rich a fruity blend of gin, hibiscus and strawberry.

Ingredients:

50ml Strawberry infused gin
50ml Hibiscus syrup
25ml Lemon juice
25ml Gin spiked strawberry puree


Method:

1) Add strawberry infused gin, hibiscus syrup, strawberry puree and lemon juice to a shaker with ice

2)Shake then strain into a glass


Garnish:

Sliced strawberries, hibiscus and lemon slices
Lime cup with strawberries, mint and hibiscus
Crushed dried hibiscus flowers

For the mocktail lovers:
50ml Strawberry puree
50ml Hibiscus syrup
25ml Lemon juice
Top with soda water


Method:

1) Shake the ingredients minus the soda water and pout into a glass over ice

2) Top up with soda water


Garnish:

Strawberry and mint filled lime cup

Lemon slice

Crushed hibiscus

Lychee Lemon Drop

A light and floral blend of citrus and lychee.

Ingredients:

50ml Vodka

25ml Triple Sec

25ml Lychee juice

25ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Lychee syrup

Method:

1) Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker

2) Strain into a martini glass
